Café Strandudden

Sommarstugan Cafe Strandudden (self service café) offers Swedish idyll at its very best! The flag rope gently tapping against the flagpole as the pennant flutters in the breeze. An absolutely outstanding view over the rolling green landscape towards Stortjärn. Irresistibly delicious homemade pastries can be enjoyed on the terrace, in the forest edge, or on the swing. Or why not enjoy an ice cream on your towel when the sun is at its warmest? The picturesque summer cottage invites you to self-service, as if you were at home in your very own little cabin. With us, you can enjoy everything from morning coffee to a dip or an ice cream after work.

In the summer cottage, you will find wonderful homemade cakes, sandwiches, allergy-friendly bread, organic coffee, soft drinks, and ice cream. All cakes are carefully individually wrapped. Thanks to its excellent packaging, the baked goods are perfect for taking on a picnic, a holiday trip, or home for an afternoon treat. For those with a love for flea markets, there are opportunities to find some bargains and summer reading. This year, we celebrate the centenary of Boliden and add a special golden twist to the café.

Strandudden HotMeal, our long-standing classic, is now available as a take-home option with Ethiopian pepper and our fantastic recipe.
